• Hire and develop an Events Specialist to manage logistics.
• Own venue, shipping, staffing, and collateral logistics with zero vendor cutoffs.
• Monitor ROI and report on event performance and revenue impact.
• Oversee the national field marketing budget.
• Develop lead-to-opportunity flow from events.
