Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to own the national event program across government-focused and industry conferences, driving strategic impact from planning through execution.

You will lead a team, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and own the full operating model, budget, and ROI across the portfolio to accelerate revenue and renewals while elevating the brand experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field marketing, event management experience.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience owning a large annual event portfolio.
• Full ownership of multi-million-dollar budgets and ROI.
• Experience standing up flagship conferences or major events.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, BU leaders, and Customer Success.
• Public sector, govtech, or regulated-industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytics and ROI reporting for events.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Neumo's national event strategy across conferences, associations, and experiences.
• Allocate a multi-million-dollar national field-marketing budget across products, territories, and units.
• Lead event-driven pipeline and ROI in partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops.
• Launch and scale the flagship customer conference (planned for Q2 2027).
• Build, lead, and grow the events team with capability to manage end-to-end workflows.
• Manage event logistics including venue, contracts, staffing, and collateral logistics.
• Partner with Sales Development to convert booth meetings into opportunities.
• Define KPIs and measure event value and impact on pipeline and revenue.
