Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS startup marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Well organized with very high attention to detail and strong project management.
• Proficient in writing for demand (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Working knowledge of marketing automation platform experience (Marketo).
• Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience in a high-growth software or technology company.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of integrated field marketing plans for one or two products, including communications, events, webinars, and customer conferences.
• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative services, sales, and other teams to manage program components.
• Manage logistics, execution, and measurement of marketing programs (webinars, customer meetings).
• Organize and coordinate events, including logistics, negotiations, communications, speaker management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain complete contact lists for marketing and sales; drive engagement through nurturing.
• Support outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers.
• Own weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics.
• Budget planning and management.
