Job summary

OnPay, a Atlanta-based software company delivering payroll, HR, and benefits solutions, seeks an experienced Event Field Marketing Manager. You will shape field marketing strategy across conferences, partner programs, and regional activations, and own end-to-end event execution.

Travel about 20% will be required as you connect in-person engagement to brand and pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and RevOps to maximize

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payroll, HR, or small business software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize programs.

Responsibilities

• Field marketing strategy: build quarterly/annual plan across conferences, events, partner activations, and programs.
• Pipeline and revenue impact: own field marketing performance against goals including leads, meetings, and pipeline.
• Integrated event campaigns: coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event plans with multiple teams.
• Event ownership: plan and run live presence end to end for conferences, events, and regional programs.
• Budget ownership: build and manage event budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Logistics and operations: manage registrations, travel, inventory, and run-of-show planning.
• Scalable playbooks: develop repeatable processes for evaluation, planning, staffing, and follow-up.
