Paycom is seeking a Field Marketer Sr to join a team dedicated to creating field marketing initiatives that engage clients and prospects. The role focuses on organizing standout events and requires strong event management knowledge and superb organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing regional tradeshows, client events, and thought leadership sessions, with extensive travel (approximately 50%).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Events, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating conventions, conferences, tradeshows and/or special events.
• Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate across events and marketing teams to support field marketing initiatives and organize regional tradeshows, client and prospect events, thought leadership events, and happy hours.
• Provide end-to-end logistics support for field marketing projects, including setting priorities, deadlines, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate project status and requirements via written and oral channels and project management software, following field marketing standards.
• Manage event timelines, booth planning, setup, vendor management, transportation, registration, and marketing deliverables.
• Track and apply field marketing budgets and monitor expenses.
• Analyze and report ROI of events to optimize overall field marketing strategy.
• Attend and staff field marketing events.
