Job summary

ecoATM | Gazelle is seeking an in-store representative (ISR) to manage kiosk experiences across local retail locations. You will build relationships with store staff, educate personnel, assist customers, and serve as the face of the ecoATM brand in the field.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are needed for daily local travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience required.
• Hands-on experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Wireless or technology retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure kiosks are optimally placed, clean, and operational.
• Maximize kiosk uptime by testing transactions, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate kiosk placement within each store to maximize visibility and usability.
• Perform kiosk installations, relocations and removals at retail partner locations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
