Job summary

ecoATM is seeking an in-store representative to manage kiosk operations, build store partnerships, and deliver exceptional customer service across local retail partners. You will travel locally, maintain kiosks, and educate store staff while representing the ecoATM brand in the field.

The role requires a strong customer-service background, hands-on hardware troubleshooting, and reliable transport. Remote field-based position with local travel in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience required.
• Hands-on experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Wireless or technology retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to keep kiosks clean, visible, and fully operational.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and report defects with logs.
• Install, relocate, or remove kiosks at partner locations per plan.
• Develop positive relationships with store management and educate staff.
• Serve as the face of ecoATM with customers and the local team.
• Plan store visits using reporting tools and maintain safety awareness.
