Job summary

Coinstar is seeking a Field Technician to service kiosks across an assigned territory. You will use a company vehicle, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct repairs with diagnostic tools. The role requires planning daily routes, coordinating with team members, and maintaining equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices or an associate degree in electronics.
• Basic PC hardware/software knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on kiosks and related components.
• Electromechanical trouble‑shooting, calibration, repair and maintenance.
• Test kiosk connectivity, software and electromechanical functions for proper operation.
• Manage parts, inventory, and field change orders to meet deadlines.
• Plan daily routes, prioritize tasks, and communicate with team for remote support.
