ecoATM Gazelle is seeking a Technical Support Agent in San Diego, CA to provide frontline kiosk technical support via phone and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, document issues, and collaborate with field technicians to deliver fast, effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in troubleshooting or kiosk tech, and experience with ticketing tools; call center experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting or repairing robotics, complex machinery or similar kiosk technology.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with ticket tracking software and technical documentation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve kiosk issues via ticketing system and provide front-line support to field technicians or customers.
• Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate groups when needed.
• Support and share best practices within the department; maintain flexible schedule.
