Job summary

Wurth MSM Division seeks an Inventory Management Specialist to lead successful deployments of inventory management solutions at customer sites nationwide. The role emphasizes proactive discovery, installation, and customer training to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The IMS will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage on-site activities, and maintain communications about scope, safety, and progress while supporting continued revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills required.
• Basic understanding of network connectivity preferred.
• Able to work in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Install and implement inventory management solutions across customer sites.
• Lead teams to complete multi-person installations.
• Coordinate IT and connectivity requirements with customer personnel.
• Perform pre-installation tasks to minimize delays.
• Communicate progress to all stakeholders and ensure safety protocols.
