Job summary

The Wurth Industry US is seeking an Inventory Management Rep who will set up, deliver, stock our product and maintain program presentation at customer facilities. The Inventory Management Rep is responsible for the management of onsite/remote CPS Program operations and best in class service standards.

Core operational responsibilities include maintaining established inventory levels, direct customer interaction, adherence to established safety standards, internal communication and issue

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• 2+ years driving or customer management experience.
• Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
• Must be 21+ with clean driving record; ability to travel daily to customer sites.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to solve practical problems and build positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock product for multiple customer programs and maintain inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as needed and support program growth.
• Set up new customer programs, expand existing ones, and report opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels using VMI platforms and review open orders.
• Maintain program systems knowledge and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
