Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable 1099 independent contractors to provide accurate, impartial home and commercial property inspections. Inspectors access steep roofs and travel to storm areas to assist adjusters while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have roofing or construction experience, HAAG certification (a plus), own vehicle, laptop, and smartphone, and can travel within and beyond a 100-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in construction, service, or sales preferred.
• HAAG Certification a plus; property and liability insurance knowledge a plus.
• Must have reliable truck/vehicle, laptop, and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs.
• Carry, set up, and safely climb ladders and equipment.
• Inspect roofs and properties, documenting findings with photos and measurements.
• Travel within a 100-mile radius daily; extend travel for weather catastrophes as needed.
• Submit complete, accurate reports in the proprietary software.
