Job summary

Seek Now is recruiting reliable 1099 independent contractors to perform home and commercial property inspections. You will access roofs, document conditions, and assist adjusters with accurate reporting while traveling within a 100-mile radius daily and beyond during CAT events.

A laptop, smartphone, and a reliable vehicle are required. Ideal candidates have roofing or construction experience, strong customer service, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HAAG Certification within first year is a plus.
• Experience in construction, service, or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs.
• Carry and set up ladders and equipment up to 100 pounds.
• Inspect roofs and properties and document findings.
• Enter photos and measurements via a smartphone and laptop.
