Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable, skilled 1099 field inspectors to provide accurate roof and property inspections. You will access steep roofs, document measurements, and report findings using a smartphone and laptop.

Ideal candidates have roofing or construction experience, strong customer service, and a willingness to travel, including during catastrophes. HAAG certification is a plus, and a reliable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HAAG Certification a plus; related inspections experience is valued.
• Ability to use a laptop and smartphone for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs.
• Carry and set up ladders and equipment up to 100 pounds.
• Perform accurate, impartial property inspections and document findings.
• Enter photos and measurements into the proprietary software from mobile devices.
• Travel within a 100-mile radius daily for scheduled inspections.
