Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable 1099 independent contractors to perform accurate home and commercial property inspections. Ideal candidates will have insurance adjuster experience, roofing or building experience, a strong customer-service ethic, and the ability to travel frequently, including CAT events.

A reliable vehicle, HAAG certification, and an operational laptop/phone are required. Work is field-based with travel in major US markets; you will access roofs, capture photos, measurements, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in construction, service, or sales preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs.
• Carry and set up ladders and equipment up to 100 pounds.
• Perform accurate roof and property inspections and document findings.
• Travel within 100 miles daily and to CAT areas as needed.
• Use proprietary software on phone and laptop to submit reports.
