Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable 1099 field inspectors to perform thorough home and commercial property inspections. You will access roofs, collect measurements, and document findings using a smartphone and laptop.

Ideal candidates have roofing or construction experience, HAAG certification if possible, and are willing to travel frequently, including CAT events. 100% independent contractor role with strong support and modern inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years in construction, service or sales preferred.
• HAAG Certification a plus and highly valued.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
• Must have a clean, reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles daily and more for CAT events.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs safely.
• Travel daily within a 100-mile radius for inspections.
• Enter photos, measurements, and reports via the proprietary app.
• Provide accurate, impartial roof and property inspections.
• Support clients and adjusters in catastrophe events.
• Maintain professional safety standards for carriers.
