Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable, skilled 1099 field inspectors to perform accurate home and commercial property inspections across major US markets. You will access steep roofs, document findings, and support adjusters with excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have roofing or construction experience, a valid vehicle, HAAG certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to travel within a 100-mile radius daily or longer CAT deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction, service, or sales preferred.
• HAAG Certification a plus; willingness to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Climb and access various roofs including steep roofs.
• Perform accurate, impartial inspections and document findings.
• Use laptop and smartphone to enter data and report results.
• Travel daily within a 100-mile radius; CAT deployments may require longer travel.
