Job summary

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a Field Experience Counselor to coordinate clinical and practicum activities, acting as a liaison between faculty and students. Training includes two weeks—one in Phoenix, AZ, and one virtual.

Starting salary is $38,000 per year, with opportunities to work remotely for residents in AZ, ID, or UT. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or 2 years of related experience with 60 college credits, plus healthcare setting exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, education or business administration.
• At least 60 college credits completed if no degree.
• 6 months related professional experience in higher education preferred.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, healthcare clients, students, and the public.
• Ability to handle a high-volume of inbound/outbound calls effectively.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collect immunization and health/safety documentation for clinical rotations.
• Ensure deadlines are met and notify parties of non-compliance.
