Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Outstanding time management and organization skills.
• Clear communication and engaging presentation skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel; ability to use personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host and implement event/activity plans for your territory to build awareness and generate inquiries.
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families via in-person, phone, email, text or Zoom.
• Engage with community colleges, faculty and staff; coordinate fairs, school visits and campus events; conduct campus visits.
• Maintain a full schedule and coordinate with schools and events to reach recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with local community partners to foster relationships and grow the applicant pool.
