Job summary

Wing is seeking an elite Field & Events Marketer to own our presence at industry events across North America. This is a fully remote role in the US/Canada with 30–50% travel.

You will source shows, plan end‑to‑end logistics, coordinate with sales, marketing and product, and turn booth activity into meetings, pipeline and revenue. You'll negotiate budgets, manage vendor relationships, and report on KPIs after each show.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in event marketing/coordination (B2B/tech preferred).
• Experience managing an events budget and forecasting ROI.
• Strong project management and timeline discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Familiar with HubSpot CRM.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% across NA.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events; own a rolling 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots and add‑ons.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end event logistics (booth, shipping, swag, leads, AV, travel).
• Be on‑site point of contact; set up/tear down and troubleshoot.
• Brief team on objectives, logistics, and roles.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre‑show meetings and on‑site events.
• Run pre/post‑event campaigns with marketing.
• Own the event budget; track costs and forecast risks.
• Define KPIs and report results after each show.
