Job summary

Wing is hiring a Digital & Field Events Marketer to own all company events—from industry shows to webinars. This hands-on, first events hire collaborates with sales, marketing, and product to convert booth activity into meetings and revenue.

The role requires 1–4 years in event marketing, budget management, KPI reporting, and a passion for AI. Travel 30–50% across North America, with potential EU travel as we grow. This is a fully remote role for US/Canada residents.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in event marketing, B2B or tech.
• Experience managing an events budget with ROI focus.
• Ability to define KPIs and report linkage to pipeline.
• Interest in AI applications for events.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Travel 30–50% across NA with potential EU travel.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events; own rolling 12-month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booths, and add-ons to maximize value.
• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics, including on-site setup.
• Be on-site point of contact; manage setup/teardown and branding.
• Prepare team with objectives, talking points, and logistics.
• Partner with sales to book pre-show meetings and drive pipeline.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing for traffic and meetings.
• Manage budget; track costs, forecast, and flag risks.
• Define KPIs and report results to stakeholders.
