Job summary

Wing is seeking an enthusiastic Field & Events Marketer to own our presence at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences across North America.

You will source and prioritize events, negotiate with organizers, plan end-to-end logistics, and serve as the on-site lead to ensure a sharp, high-impact presence. Collaboration with sales and marketing drives pipeline and revenue, with travel up to 30–50% during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Experience organizing events end-to-end, including small-scale shows.
• Experience managing an events budget and forecasting spend.
• Ability to define KPIs and build reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Proven ability to negotiate with event organizers, vendors, and venues.
• Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to improve workflows for events marketing.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events; maintain a rolling 12-month event calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics (booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, travel).
• Be the on-site point of contact at events; manage setup and troubleshooting.
• Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics; coordinate schedules and duties.
• Partner with sales to book pre-show meetings and run on-site dinners to drive meetings and pipeline.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns (email, landing pages, paid promo, social) to drive booth traffic.
• Own event budget, track costs, forecast risks, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Define KPIs and produce post-event reports showing ROI and lessons learned.
