Job summary

Osmose seeks a Field Engineering Supervisor I to lead safety, productivity, and data integrity for its underground diagnostics programs at customer sites in the U.S. This remote role requires up to 70% travel and may be performed from any location in the continental United States.

The role supervises field crews, ensures proper use of diagnostic methodologies, and maintains positive customer relationships while meeting technical standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics/engineering technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is a plus.
• Power utilities field service experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for field assignments using project plans and prep data.
• Lead field crews to achieve project objectives and maintain safety.
• Provide on-site training on safety, test equipment, and procedures.
