Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to deploy and support Emergency Call Handling solutions across the US. The role covers on-site configuration, testing, and post-cut support for both on-premise and cloud-hosted environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in deployment of IP products, strong cloud and virtualization skills, and experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, and network security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/IT/tech fields.
• 3+ years deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment models (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Configure and test EM/ECH solutions per site design.
• Verify site readiness and production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Support customers and partners during deployment.
• Document changes including cloud tenant configs and API integrations.
• Ensure timely resolution of installation and quality issues.
• Contribute to cloud migration/MOP development and customer negotiations.
