Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Engineer for Emergency Call Handling, a remote US position with substantial travel. You will configure, test, and cut production for ECH solutions including cloud integrations and on‑premise deployments, ensuring system readiness and reliability.

The role requires a degree (engineering/IT) and 3+ years of deployment experience, with cloud platform familiarity (Azure/AWS) and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; 3+ years deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or private cloud) and cloud-based troubleshooting including identity management (SSO/AD).
• Cloud certifications such as AWS/Azure fundamentals preferred; Network+/Security+ beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Configures and tests ECH solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Performs site verification testing and production cutovers.
• Troubleshoots connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Documents changes including cloud tenants and API integrations during deployment.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment and upgrades.
