Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to configure, test, and deploy Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premises and cloud environments in the US. The role requires significant travel and collaboration with customers and partners to ensure successful cutovers and post-cut support.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of deployment experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology.
• 3+ years deployment and integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Private Cloud).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Conducts site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides deployment support to customers and channel partners.
• Documents changes including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
