Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Lifecycle Services EHS Specialist – Field & Operations Tactical Safety to champion environmental, health, and safety excellence across field activities. You will lead safety programs, training, risk assessments, and incident investigations to protect employees and customers while supporting continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with operations, project teams, and leadership to integrate EHS requirements into daily work, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and EHS program development.

Responsibilities

• Act as field and operations EHS leader with on-site presence and customer engagement.
• Drive a zero-incident culture through engagement, risk management, and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and safety systems.
• Partner with operations, project management, and engineering to embed EHS in project execution.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
