Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Field Director, Patient Services to lead a field-based Patient Access Liaison team and align with HUB and internal stakeholders. This remote East-coast role requires travel, strong SOP knowledge, and a focus on access and adherence strategies for our products.

The candidate will recruit, hire, and train PAL staff, supervise field activities, and ensure compliant, patient-centric operations across the hub network and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in the Pharma/Biotech industry is required.
• Prior experience as a Field Reimbursement Manager.
• Experience leading a team in a compliant, goal-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic guidance to the PAL team along with compliant tactics to enhance the patient experience and support the Critical Success Factors of all products that touch the Patient Services Department.
• Interact with our HUB partner to ensure all processes are being followed and recommend changes in reporting or training.
• Collaborate with Patient Services Leadership to identify business opportunities, obstacles, and reporting needs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and drive access and adherence strategies throughout the organization.
• Work with Leadership to develop incentive compensation programs aligned with the PAL job description.
