Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Field Deployment Analyst to install, configure, test, and field hardware, software, and network systems at customer sites nationwide, with remote work flexibility. The role demands seven years of IT support for federal customers and active Secret clearance to start.

You'll coordinate with NOCs and field engineers for deployments, assist with post-install verification, and help drive large-scale hardware rollouts and system modernizations across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot and field hardware, software, and network systems at designated customer field sites.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and validation for seamless integration into federal IT environments.
• Support large-scale hardware rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and system modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and vendors to document field activity and outcomes.
