Agile Defense is seeking a Windows Desktop Administrator – Associate to provide enterprise desktop support for Army missions at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will build and configure Windows systems for critical operations and proactively manage desktops with enterprise tools.
Required certifications include Security+ CE, MD-102, AZ-900, and A+. Prior DoD/government environment experience and active Secret clearance are highly valued.
Competenze
- 2+ years in a technical field with Windows desktop admin experience.
- Must have Security+ and Microsoft desktop certs MD-102, AZ-900, and A+ before hire.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 administration and physical/virtual desktops.
Mansioni
- Be a self-motivated system administrator to provide enterprise desktop support for the Army in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Build and configure Windows-based systems in support of mission areas.
- Proactively administer desktops using enterprise tools like MCM, VMware Mirage, VMware Horizon.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ensure desktop configuration compliance with DoD/Army regulations.
- Document technical troubleshooting efforts.
- Participate in rotational on-call duties for after-hours support.
