Agile Defense is seeking a Field Deployment Analyst to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and field hardware, software, network systems, and in-service applications at designated customer field sites. Qualifications

• BA or BS degree and five years of experience, or a High School degree.
• Seven years of experience performing IT technical support for federal customers.
• Experience with Cisco layer 2/3 devices and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Support a rotating on-call schedule and respond to on-call requests.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall products.
• DHS or CBP experience.
• Windows and Linux operating systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot and field hardware, software and network systems at customer field sites.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and validation for seamless federal IT integration.
• Coordinate with NOCs, network engineers, and field technicians to execute deployments and resolve issues.
• Prepare site deployment reports, post-installation logs, and incident post-mortems for project updates.
