Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Field CTO to lead strategic technology advisory for enterprise clients, translating complex technology into measurable business outcomes. This executive role partners with CIOs/CTOs to shape transformative programs across platforms and data domains.

You will build senior-level relationships, drive co-sell with partners, and champion delivery excellence while guiding AI and cloud initiatives aligned to market demand.

Qualifications

• Proven external-facing tech leader with enterprise modernization or cloud transformation experience.
• Deep Microsoft Azure architecture expertise for enterprise-scale adoption and governance.
• Broad enterprise architecture across Applications, Cloud Platforms, and Data & AI with advisory ability.
• Executive-level fluency in enterprise AI strategy, including generative AI and governance.
• Ability to integrate Microsoft technologies with AWS, GCP, SaaS and other platforms.
• Strong executive communication and business acumen linking tech to outcomes and investments.
• Experience leading through matrix influence across accounts, delivery, practice, and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive technology voice for the Enterprise Advisory and Solution Architecture practice.
• Partner with CIOs/CTOs and transformation leaders to translate tech strategy into fundable business outcomes.
• Shape client portfolios across Applications, Cloud Platforms, and Data & AI to ensure scalable, market-aligned offerings.
• Build peer-level relationships with senior technology leaders across multiple strategic accounts.
• Champion priority pursuits through executive credibility and competitive positioning.
• Drive external technology thought leadership at industry events and analyst sessions.
• Coach and mentor senior architects and technology staff across the practice.
