Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to train and support healthcare professionals in TalisMann and StimRouter PNS devices. The role is remote/field-based with travel; preferred hubs include Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX.

You will train physicians and staff on device use, programming, and surgical procedures, while coordinating with regulatory, quality, and product teams. A health-care background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field or a four-year degree with health care/clinical experience.
• An advanced degree in health sciences or engineering is preferred.
• Surgical and/or OR support experience in medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and instruct/coach others on product use and clinical applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents PNS products during implants, device programming, and case follow-up.
• Demonstrates expertise in implanted medical devices and troubleshooting.
• Responds to technical inquiries and researches solutions.
• Provides on-call support for surgeries and reprogramming.
• Educates physicians and hospital staff on technical matters relating to products.
• Maintains open communication with PNS functions and other teams.
• Travel may be extensive, up to 75%, with two to three overnights a week.
