You will work with Sales, customers, Product Management, and Engineering to provide application support, product recommendations, and troubleshooting for conveyor belting solutions.

The role is customer-facing and field-oriented, involving site visits, surveys, retrofits, trials, training, and field troubleshooting, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 1–3+ years in application engineering, technical sales, or conveyor systems.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or CAD software preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar case-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support across the Conveyor Belting portfolio for Sales, Customer Service, distributors, OEMs, and end users.
• Partner with customers and engineering to assess equipment needs and retrofit opportunities.
• Recommend belting solutions based on application requirements and operating conditions.
• Demonstrate how solutions meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
• Support customer projects and competitive conversions through technical review and field support.
• Visit customer sites for surveys, trials, and on-site troubleshooting.
