Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in the United States is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to deliver technical and clinical support for the Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, clinics and field staff to drive procedural success and patient outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years of clinical or medical device experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. You will provide education, training, and post-procedure follow-up to ensure safe adoption of the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years clinical, healthcare or medical device experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials for hospitals and clinics.
• Lead education for account clinical staff in region.
• Conduct post-training follow-ups and in servicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on training and support.
• Disseminate clinical information to customers and sales team.
• Stay current on scientific publications and evidence.
