Job summary

Great West Casualty Company is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Field Adjuster. This fully remote role is located in or around the Minneapolis, MN area, with opportunities for a hybrid schedule and in-field investigations as needed.

You will investigate and negotiate auto claims, estimate damages, and coordinate with repair facilities to ensure fair costs from initial inspection to resolution. Strong communication, negotiation, and a drive to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years claims adjusting experience
• Knowledge of the commercial trucking industry is a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
• Ambition and a desire to learn
• Have commercial truck estimating experience
• Knowledge of diesel mechanics or semi-truck parts
• Enjoy investigating and negotiating
• Can work independently and as part of a knowledgeable, collaborative, and friendly team
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims in the field.
• Estimating equipment and cargo damages.
