Swift Public Adjusters is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Minneapolis, MN market. This remote position combines remote outreach with required in-person client visits, building relationships and presenting our claims services to homeowners and commercial property owners.

The ideal candidate has proven sales success, excellent prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR five years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Public Adjusting License required (must obtain within 1 month of hiring if not currently licensed).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of sources to generate qualified sales leads.
• Identify customer needs and pain points through direct engagement.
• Align service solutions with customer challenges.
• Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive support.
• Meet with residential and commercial property owners to present service solutions.
• Deliver presentations to diverse audiences and groups.
• Use phone and email outreach to gather prospect information and qualify leads.
• Design and implement education and sales strategies for prospects and referral partners.
• Establish measurable sales objectives and performance targets.
• Recommend improvements to sales methodologies and processes.
