Job summary

7AI is seeking a Field CISO to serve as the senior security voice of the company and extension of our executive leadership in the field. You will engage CISOs and security executives as a peer and represent 7AI's vision with credibility from hands-on security leadership.

This is a hands-on, deal-involved role with thought leadership and community-building at its core. You will partner with Exec Leadership, Sales, Product, and Marketing to win strategic enterprises and shape security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity leadership or equivalent.
• Proven track record owning security programs with budgets.
• Strong executive communication and board-level reporting.
• Experience engaging CISOs and security executives in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent 7AI's leadership in strategic customer engagements.
• Advise security leaders on SOC transformation and AI adoption.
• Lead CISO community programs and executive events.
• Develop thought leadership content and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on roadmap input.
