7AI is seeking a Field CISO to serve as the senior security voice of the company and an extension of our executive leadership in the field. You'll engage CISOs and security executives as a peer who has carried the same responsibility, representing 7AI's vision and commitments with the credibility of someone who has run a security program.

This is a hands-on, deal-involved role with thought leadership and community-building at its core.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with leadership roles.
• Experience as CISO or head of security operations.
• Strong executive-level communication and board reporting.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise buying decisions.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and events.

Responsabilités

• Represent executive leadership in customer, prospect, and partner engagements.
• Engage CISOs and security executives on high-value opportunities.
• Advise on SOC transformation and AI in security operations.
• Partner with sales teams on executive strategy for deals.
• Develop CISO community programs and regional events.
• Deliver thought leadership via speaking and media engagements.
• Inform product and leadership with customer and market insights.
• Enable field on executive-level conversations and trust-building.
