Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or security operations at senior levels.
• Experience as CISO or security executive engaging CISOs/CIOs.
• Proven change management in security programs.
• Deep knowledge of SOC models, SIEM, SOAR, MDR, and detection.
• Ability to scope complex enterprise integrations and workflows.
• Strong executive presence and clear written/spoken communication.
• Consultative, evidence-driven approach with stakeholder buy-in.
• Willingness to stay hands-on with discovery and platform demos.
