Job summary

7AI, Inc. is seeking a Field CISO to serve as the senior security voice and extension of our executive leadership in the field. You’ll engage CISOs and security executives as a peer and represent 7AI’s vision with credibility from hands-on security leadership.

In this hands-on, deal-involved role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to win strategic opportunities and build trusted relationships at the highest levels of customer organizations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with enterprise CISO leadership.
• Proven ability to own security programs, build teams, and manage budgets.
• Strong reputation within the CISO community.
• Deep fluency in security operations, SOC operating models, MDR, and SIEM/SOAR.
• Credible viewpoint on AI in security.
• Ability to influence executive buying decisions in complex enterprise sales.
• Executive presence to speak for leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Represent 7AI's executive leadership in strategic customer engagements.
• Engage CISOs and security executives on high-value opportunities, from early alignment through renewal.
• Advise security leaders as a peer on SOC transformation and AI adoption in security operations.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on executive strategy for strategic deals.
• Build and lead CISO community programs and regional executive events.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership through speaking, podcasts, and analyst engagements.
• Bring customer and market insight back to Product and Leadership to shape roadmap.
• Enable the field on executive-level conversations and trust-building with security leadership.
