• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or field-based roles within biotech/pharma.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data with credibility to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a dynamic, prelaunch/launch setting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Experience gathering and translating field insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders to support prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.
• Educate and prepare clinical sites and providers for launch, including patient identification and treatment considerations.
• Synthesize field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders to support advocacy and scientific engagement strategies.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align on field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements with external insights translated into recommendations.
• Maintain deep CNS/neurology expertise and apply insights to field strategy.
• Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements, GCP standards, and company SOPs.
