National General is seeking a Field Auto Appraiser to join our Claims team. This remote, territory-based role handles auto claims both virtually and in the field across Asheville, NC market, including Hendersonville, Waynesville, and surrounding western North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting vehicles, preparing accurate damage estimates using CCC ONE, and negotiating settlements with repair facilities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience inspecting vehicles and preparing accurate damage estimates.
• Ability to use CCC ONE estimating software.
• Experience negotiating with repair facilities, vendors, and customers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
