Responsibilities

• Possesses strong estimating fundamentals to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities.
• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves auto physical damage claims through vehicle inspections, damage estimation, settlement negotiation, and customer communication.
