Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property or auto damage appraisal.
• Presentable and reliable vehicle for daily field work.
• Florida All-Lines Adjuster License preferred (or able to obtain in 60 days).
• Proficient with estimating software such as CCC One, Audatex, Xactimate.
• Strong knowledge of Texas insurance and repair laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and appraise damaged property (auto or home) in person or virtually.
• Prepare detailed, itemized repair estimates using industry software.
• Determine repair versus total loss thresholds and recommend next steps.
• Review photos, videos and documentation from claimants and shops.
• Collaborate with adjusters, repair facilities and policyholders to verify losses.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company guidelines and ethics.
• Maintain accurate records for claims handling and documentation.
• Stay updated on Texas repair laws, pricing and appraisal practices.
