Responsibilities

• Appraises and determines costs of repairs to damaged vehicles in the field; decides repair versus replace and parts use.
• Evaluates whether the vehicle is repairable or salvageable using industry estimatics software.
• Travels to inspection locations to appraise vehicles in the field.
• Prepares estimates using estimatics software.
• Collaborates with auto repair facilities to determine supplemental repair processing and provide a supplemental estimate.
