Qualifications

• 2+ years in property or auto damage appraisal.
• Valid drivers license and travel within territory.
• Florida All-Lines Adjuster License preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Proficient estimating software: CCC One, Audatex, Xactimate.
• Strong knowledge of Texas insurance and repair laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with claims management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and appraise damaged property auto or home, in-person or virtual.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using estimating software.
• Determine repair versus total loss thresholds and advise next steps.
• Review photos and documents from claimants and shops.
• Collaborate with adjusters, repair facilities, and policyholders.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records for claims handling.
• Stay updated on relevant repair laws and pricing.
