Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Area Manager to oversee industrial water treatment operations in a defined North American region. You will lead a team of Field Service staff, manage projects, coordinate with CAPEX project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to analyze data, adjust schedules, and maintain client relationships while expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical) or five years’ leadership in industrial water treatment.
• TWIC card eligibility required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10–15 field employees within a region.
• Collaborate with CAPEX project managers for clear communications.
• Manage small projects including Mobile Water Systems and refurbishments.
• Review and edit engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Understand instrument controls and ensure project efficiency.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts for contracts.
• Monitor contract performance using data reporting.
