Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex water treatment projects in the Industrial Market portfolio. You will direct engineers, sourcing, fabrication, shipment, installation, and startup while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.

This remote North America role requires strong leadership and risk management across diverse teams. You will communicate project status, budgets, and progress, and align client and vendor expectations, ensuring quality and safety throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• 10 years of experience managing projects including equipment supply and construction.
• PMP certification, or ability to obtain it within one year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of water treatment equipment projects from initiation through completion.
• Organize how the contract will be executed and define project objectives.
• Develop and maintain plans for scope, budget, schedule, and milestones.
• Coordinate the project team so priorities, structure, and responsibilities are clear.
• Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to satisfy requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Oversee project changes and support claims management.
• Participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and address critical topics.
