DPBIO Inc is seeking a Field Application Scientist in Boston to drive hands-on demonstrations, technical training, and post-sale support for antibody discovery applications. The role emphasizes customer success, travel up to 45-65%, and collaboration with Sales, Service, and Marketing to meet company objectives.

You will leverage your life sciences background to support BioPharma, Biotech, CRO/CDMO customers and research institutes, delivering engaging technical content and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Master's in Life Sciences (required).
• FAS experience of 2-3 years preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of antibody screening techniques and hands-on lab work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-sales technical presentations and live demonstrations at customer or DPBIO sites.
• Deliver comprehensive application training on DPBIO's products and technologies.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting via email, phone, or on-site visits.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product requirements internally to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Marketing to support company objectives.
• Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, demos and customer meetings; travel as required.
